The more goodness you put in, the more fabulous you will look on the outside. You will glow!

So let’s talk yellow foods. Give your skin and hair a boost with foods of this colour. Many are high in vitamin C, and are great for digestion, which will help with blood flow around your body, thus reaching your scalp better. 

Yellow foods help the body produce collagen which is an anti-ageing component. And many such as yellow peppers contain fibre, folate and iron. This is super important for many women who might suffer from an iron deficiency, which can then cause hair loss.

Top tip:

Start your day with some hot water and lemon. It wakes you up, gives your digestive system a good boost and its a great way to get that Vitamin C in xx
